That’s why we’ve created getexpress - learn.  Learning to program can be a blast if you start in the right place.  So we’ve created some applications and tutorials that show you the fun (and funny!) stuff you can do using the Visual Studio 2005 Express Editions. 

 

“Like what?” you say?   How about an application that lets you watch your boss, roommate, teacher, or sibling do the chicken dance (by putting a picture of their head on a cartoon chicken body)?  Check it out!

 

Or an application that automatically creates wacky stories, movie plots, song lyrics, and more?  It's so simple it's funny.

 

You can use the applications without writing any code, but our hope is that you’ll be so inspired you will download a Visual Studio Express Beta Product (for free of course) and try out programming yourself.  We’ve even posted a few tutorials to show you just how fun and easy programming with Visual Studio Express Editions can be.
